About the NSC Positioning Tool
This tool focuses on the indicated positioning levels.
The aim is that this tool will provide guiding and an overview of relevant content for positioning processes in NSC to contribute to optimized efficiency.
In addition to the Positioning tool, it is important to take the following into account when planning the process:

Select a project team that is motivated and will make a difference to the end-result

Updated market and consumer insight is key and should be prepared in advance. Note: For the Seafood from Norway B2C-positioning process two people from the Market Insight Dept. was involved - Tor Erik as a specialist on digging for detailed data, Asbjørn for the bigger picture and "bridge" to the process as part of the project team.

"Anchoring" ("forankring") with external stakeholders should be planned, but degree of active involvement and timing will differ by species
